All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.

Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Banagher totalhealth Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. Refund will be offered upon receipt of the product in pristine saleable condition minus the postal charges. We cannot cancel your purchase or refund your money if you return the product without proof of purchase. Refunds on items returned will be offered at the price paid at the time of purchase. Therefore, items bought on special offer will only be refunded at the special offer price. We do not offer a change of mind policy on consumable products or OTC medication.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect order,
Banagher totalhealth Pharmacy will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If a fast replacement is required please contact our pharmacy at the number provided and we will endeavour to help to the best of our ability.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, www.myonlinepharmacy.ie will replace your items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues and please note we will require evidence of such damage to process a refund.
If an order is not received, you must contact onlinepharmacy.ie (banagher totalhealth Pharmacy)) as soon as possible for we can track where your order is.
Orders returned by the courier as not picked up will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. The customer will then have to re-order the goods if they are still required.
www.myonlinepharmacy.ie cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery or any damage caused to your purchase once the package has been dispatched to the courier and a dispatch acknowledgement has been emailed to your specified email address.
The delivery cost for your purchase is displayed when you select the delivery method at the checkout. You can still choose to cancel the order at this stage. Parcels with a total weight of up to 15Kg will be delivered or you can collect at Banagher totalhealth Pharmacy store. Parcels of over 15Kg will only be available for collection in store. Otherwise, please contact Banagher totalhealth Pharmacy to arrange an alternative delivery method.
